Materials Inspection
Even before our production and manufacturing start, we meticulously inspect every raw material to ensure that it meets our quality standards. Materials like springs, foam, fabrics, and adhesives are carefully tested before the manufacturing process to ensure precise proportions and consistency.
Tucking Cotton and Springs
During our assembling process, we layer the high-grade cotton and tuck it in to create soft yet durable padding of the mattress that helps enhance the comfort. Springs are custom-made for each mattress separately so that it provides consistent support throughout the surface. These elements are precisely assembled to build a core structure of the mattress.
Fabric Cutting and Spring Unit Construction
The mattress is then adjusted in the precise dimension by cutting out the outer fabrics. And after determining the firmness requirement, spring units are constructed based on the requirement of the mattress, whether it is firm or medium firm.
